Ageism is quite popular among these high tech companies. This is a real shame that good, dedicated people suffer while inexperienced, untrainable young people get to stay. Ridiculous.

My area had 10 people laid off with the youngest one being 37, the oldest 67 and the average around 50. It's a good shot to the age discrimination. We are talking about the first wave though, the second wave was a tsunami, swept everybody.

My area was all under 40, and we lost engineers in the double digits, from US/India/Bangladesh .. i understand you’re upset, I wouldn’t waste your time on a lawsuit that you are in the wrong on
