ES was well way on its way to crumbling before any New Yorkers showed up because a free ride to the west coast is exactly that if that's what you're looking for. No one hitched their horse to the wagon that is the Mattel sht show. But you go on with you.
Who takes enjoyment out of watching people crumble? Mattel employees. Enough said. You all deserve what is happening. Keep up that Mattel team spirit. Don’t forget to hurl your own body into the bonfire right after you push your colleague in.
they’re bringing over the weakest links from the NYC office to bumble around the office until we fire them. Have you seen any of these clowns? One walks for the walkthrough like he owns the place and clearly is a clueless little hawaiian kid with poi for brains. A couple of them look like they’re close to retirement age. this is going to be fun to watch as they crumble.
Well on one hand they hired M-Go and agreed to pay her an absolutely ludicrous salary, which was in hindsight WRONG, but lately they managed to push her out and brought on Ynonomenon, which was the RIGHT move.
Mattel has great people at ground level. Also has had years of aweful leadership, terrible strategy horrendous financial results, toxic culture and ...... rewarded incapable executives with lottery winnings. Mean spirited ? No , just facts!
Have these posts been anything but MEAN lately? Mattel still has great people and the new strategies and directions are stellar.
