Not axed (yet) but I am very concerned - anyhow, if axed, what are our health insurance options?

Right before you get the severance package , a Cobra package comes in the mail with all the info , the cost is based on the insurance you currently have now ( can't be changed to a lesser plan once you are laid off) .My Husband was laid off from EF ( Tech) 34 years total ( 31 with IBM and 3 + with Global) just turned 60. We have Global paid Health Ins until Dec 31 then We are responsible for the full Cobra amount .Cobra coverage is through Feb 2020, after that on Our Own , We can buy into IBM plan. Good Luck !
