Heard from a friend that a home services regional VP and his regional staff got lay off sometime last week. Any member here were also affected?

I get the reference, seems like the guys who really cared about the techs are now gone and the ones who took their place all they care is pleasing the shareholders. The techs are not stupid and they are resigning, you hire one thousand, 900 good well-skilled ones leave through the back door. LG is offering a better salary and benefits package so they are leaving but doing better.
All of the decent VPs were let go many years ago. The ones there now, much like the former and most recently demoted Territory Directors, would have a hard time keeping up with the DIstrict Teams of 10+ years ago. Course all of those groups are gone or moved into roles where they are forced to keep their head in the sand. Talk about reaping the harvest from sowing bad seeds ( if you get my reference)!
