I've heard some rumors and whispers dealing with the ERC. What have you heard?

Heard all ERC has a call today with the director - it’s not Thursday though, still wishing you luck!
This is the most Windstream of all the Windstream threads.
Finger pointing and infighting over valueless subjects while completely losing focus on the actual subject.
This is crazy. One persons asks a question about an acronym and people go over the top about not knowing what they are, but at least I am reassured that in all the different departments and facets in the Windstream World, there is one person who knows every acronym each department uses. Their brilliance amazes me and I will leave it at that.
Whoa!!!!!!! Slow down a minute....."r----ded C*nts", "a$$e$$", "f---s sake"
I'm still trying to to figure out what ERC stands for. Now I have to translate these new words!
Maybe I'll get a book I can read, to help me understand these new words with symbols in them, next time I go hiking in the Alps.
Poster complains about acronyms, yet uses an acronym in his/her post “TT”. Ironic isn’t it.
Why are you you upset if someone doesn’t know an acronym? You got issues bud. We should Eradicate r----ded C*nts like you.
I can assure you I know the acronyms for the company / industry. It's the acronyms candy a$$e$$ like you come up with that make no sense. I also bet you're one of the people that only use email, text, or instant messaging because you can't carry on an intelligent conversation.
ERC is Enterprise Repair or Elite Repair depending on who you talk to. We have 8 people leave to a competitor in the past month here in Rochester. I also got the same email/phone call. I am also looking externally, pay is up to 50% higher outside the company.
Yes the acronyms are like trying to read a foreign language. Many of the posts on stream are the same way and just show the laziness of the author. From the top (TT) right down the last comment. How I long for the times when lazy & half assed wasn't accepted much less the norm.
These acronyms are a headache
Etc data has 4 open recs at this time.
I've also received a phone call from a recruiter for a job in the ERC.
Contractors are usually cheaper to employ, dont get benefits from the company, and can be let go at a moments notice without worry of severance.
Enhanced recovery company owned by creditors
What is the ERC?
Probably repacking full time with contractors.
I received a call from a recruiter today asking if I was interested in a position with the ERC. I politely declined explaining that I was let go and found another position.
Why are they hiring and letting go at the same time?
