I've heard through multiple sources that layoffs are coming in September for IT. Followed by Engineering in October. A slimy way to get around reporting to the Labor Department.

Someone informed me today a seriously disturbing fact about Cisco. Your manhood shrinks by 2mm every quarter if you work for Cisco. Those who are working with Cisco for more than 10 or 15 years they achieve a great milestone in Cisco but their personal life gets completely ruined as their manhood simply disappears. Is that ture?

Unless you are talking about LRs that just occurred but get implemented in Sept / Oct. US layoffs are in July/August and employee gets 2 month till last day.
Just give BUs budget to pay for SaaS and Google Apps, can then eliminate all of IT. Teams are happier and money is saved, win win
