Investors Just Figured It Out?!?!?

Had a big laugh over this article concerning the recent plummet in SHLD stock. According to the following statement investors finally have a "suspicion" of what Eddie is up to. All the investors had to do was read this board; we had it figured out many years ago!

"The move, which came during a market panic about other department store earnings reports, added to concerns about Sears' cash burn and its looming bankruptcy, and also to suspicion that Lampert, who is CEO, Chairman, and both the biggest shareholder and lender in the company, is raiding Sears' assets for his own benefit."

What investors haven't figured out is who owns the stuff hidden in institutional pensions and proprietary 401k accounts , tucked way down between the pages.

How could the investors not know? I thought you were supposed to research a company before investing. Duh.

To the investors: "No sh--, Sherlock."

Stock briefly fell to $1.20 per share this morning (a new all-time low) then rebounded slightly. The rest of this week is going to be very telling as to how long it is perceived that SHLD will be around. If the stock keeps hitting new all-time lows by a few cents every day then very possibly SHLD stock will be selling at the $1 mark later this week or early next week. Combine that performance with what the Q2 Financials will be saying soon and I think we'll all have a better idea of when the end will be. Things could be catastrophic at any moment....... If it's bad enough then the proposed Kenmore deal won't even have time to be effective in helping float the company for any meaningful length of time.

Yeah a bit too late there, investors. You id--ts just got played.
