For the first time in months all is quiet. We are beginning to see investment for what we hope will be future growth and opportunity within PepsiCo. Hoping all is good with everyone. It sure would be nice to see us doing well again and for employees to feel like things are more stable. Anything could happen of course but still, I am hopeful. We’ve heard lots of bad feelings over the last several months. Anyone have anything good to share? Again... Hopefull

Stockholders are not impressed with Soda Stream purchase so far.
Not sure what soda stream really contributes and why now?
the silence is definitely the calm before the storm, get ready, the new guy wasn't put there to continue Indra's status quo approach
Investing billions in a declining market is investing in the future ? I know a lot of people with Keurig machines at home, but zero people with a SodaStream machine.
I would say in these times silence is a red flag. Best prepare and have options.
We’ll shoot. Thought I’d give it a shot to see if anyone felt good about working at PepsiCo. Apparently, years of cuts and lack of meaningful investment still stings a bit. Route trucks really should have A/C so that’s a valid beef and I am not sure about the Soda Stream deal. Still.... Is there anyone that feels better about PepsiCo than they did six months ago? I personally go back and forth with my emotions. Some days I want to throw my hands up and quit. Others, like today I feel a bit more optimistic. I’ll say this, it’s exhausting.
Was investing $3.2 Billion in SodaStream investing in our future? I view it as Indra's alternative to the Beverage side of the business. Just setting that up for a potential split. Maybe invest some of that cash in the Frontline like she promised. We still don't have decent trucks and almost all of them don't have working A/C. She may be on her way out, but she's not done yet.
