This company seems determined to eliminate the best talent. Developers are being rushed through projects to 'dumb down' processes in order to be handed over to lower-paid employees. This is a great plan for fiscal downsizing, but feels very much like a ramped-up effort to outsource nearly all positions outside of management. While other tech companies are improving their working conditions and benefits to lure the very best people, this company does the opposite. Social experiment? I can't wait to see the results, and I predict they will fall far short of expectations. We have all been in situations where we have changed service providers for cell, internet, etc., because of poor (or unintelligible) support. Change Healthcare's customers are no different. No doubt this will come back to bite them - HARD. By then, those of us with years of healthcare IT experience will have moved on to companies with a realistic, long-term vision of corporate growth, and Change Healthcare will become the pariah of the healthcare field. Take heart, pendulums swing both ways. It's just a waiting game.
