agreed. The whole transfer to ES is a complete pump & dump scam. They’ll take whatever process they can get from you and then disposed of you or “phase out your position” before you can say “bobs your uncle!” the rest who declined are now going to have to figure out what years of toy design equates to in the real world since there really aren’t many toys jobs left on the east coast. even NF is calling it quits. granted he’s older than dirt at this point but even he sees the neon writing in the sky. who knows? maybe MZ has an epic plan to start a new toy company. most likely male s-x toys.
stop being a jerk. The people who turned down ES were actually smart. And judging by Mattel's track record....the industry doesn't even want Mattel so let's not act like people are lining up to work at a dying company.
