I feel its dictatorship to say employee will not get any thing if employee dont submit AR18 by april 19th 5 pm PDT. Where were these HR when everyone was working day night ? Did HR promised everyone will get lot of money if work hard ? Useless folks dont understand they are living in mercy of engineers whom they trying to mess with.

the workday pages are horrible, qc going backwards again.
it is a fairly a good system. It makes principals and above to write something when they got away in the past. The workday page however is so primitive! Must be someone in India customized it to Qcom. S---s
