Any word on the possibility of service personnel being layed off? At this time the date to keep an eye out for is Aug 30th. Good luck to all. We deserve much better than this.

I thought WAVE #2 was supposed to hit Europe? Oh geez...don't say there are more coming for Sales, Service and Ops...
I survived WAVE #1. 23 years under my belt in XIM. My plan is to spend the next month or two collecting a salary and looking for a new job and make my performance so miserable that they will push me out with a 12-week severance and into a new job elsewhere. My days with Xerox are numbered - but by my own plans. I cleaned up my PC and dusted off my resume long ago. If the fools think I'm going to run all the platforms we maintain, they are in for another thought. I'll let them crash one by one. Then watch them scramble to try to pull data off.

Take the power back and don’t be a sitting duck. Wave1 for reduction in force has left most sites unable to keep up with work demands. This is a sinking ship. Leave before they put their plan into motion and push you out. Wave 2 is said to happen by the end of the month and then you have hung on long enough to help this company that doesn’t give a c-ap about you. Managers are liars and will be fine but people in service won’t.
