There is no way Mattel can come back from where it is right now. There is no way but down for this ship. Don't kid yourselves into believing otherwise.
Just pack your bags and move somewhere better before that decision is made for you and it catches you unprepared. You can only be better off.
Understand there are many vested old timers waiting for the severance package who just can't quit and give up everything. For someone who's been with the company for a few years, you won't get much on the severance package, time to move on now and don't wait, the company is NOT going to turnaround and have no chance of recovering.
