Of course market cap is way down. I was concerned when SHLD was a $5 stock last year but this ???? Fortunately most of the customers and oddly enough. employees in my store don't follow the stock price. There is enough anxiety as it is. Everyone working knows or should know the deal. This is my last job so it's ok but I worry about the inaction of some of my coworkers.
