Anyone on here from Canada ? How is the One best way of working in your store going ? ?the one im at is falling apart , so embarrassed to work there . None of the departments except fresh get the attention they need .

No more dept managers , we now have team leads . Store is a mess as there is not enough people to do everything . I’m constantly apologizing to customers or listening to complaints. We also work a 7 on 2 off 3 on 2 off rotation.
One best way is a joke do you have dpt mngr there
