In my department we have an incompetent VP who protects low skilled workers and got rid of the skilled workers. No one left knows how to preform the functions of the workers they let go. This is the beginning of the end. They will not be paying for the office space for those who are left.
I have several I am releasing tomorrow but it’s not my choice. Please understand that we are forced to make cuts we can’t afford to make. I know middle management is next. We are so f—ked.
You're right. It is personal. And yes, there are c-ap managers who keep c-ap employees while grinding the good ones under their shoe. BUT, understand, there will be no more Xerox. For anyone. Perhaps in name only, but that's it. Regardless of where or in what division you work, ( unless in another country) it will all be gone.
