How many of Texans will head north? Wheels must be in motion already for the migration, who's coming?

Managers will probably bring up more of their friends to cycle out the ones leaving after their year long Alaskan vacation. Other than that likely nothing. Need to keep the grunts around to work while management plans their fishing charters.

It’s funny to train people in Permian and move them somewhere else and not put any money in Permian. What kind of id--tic management are we keeping for years! Every year there is a new excuse, at least keep the story consistent, we are not stupids ya know.
