I escaped earlier this year, but am concerned about those left behind.

Some of us are too close to retirement to leave; there just aren't enough insurance jobs in our area with a larger operations center closing this year) so we have to tough it out.
Retirement started looking good. Taking years off of my life from stress, being treated like sh-- by incompetent managers in a job I ended up stuck with when my department was eliminated without warning for a few extra bucks was not worth it in the end.
Those who aren't close to retirement are leaving for competitors and in areas where there aren't a lot of insurance jobs, are finding work in related fields. Some are retiring early because they can't stand being treated like c-ap after being forcefully demoted from jobs they liked to Injury CS.
Sounds like company troll or a complete id--t posted yesterday if you think only dead weight left the company!
Ah, I see the corporate trolls are out in force.
those "left behind" are doing just fine with many of the dead weight now gone THANK YOU
I hope it does get better for those who are left.
There is nothing that could get me to go back.
Lol right.
