The incompetent 'geniuses' in middle management .... you know, like the ones who had the brainstorm to move the NAD to ES a few years back... is where the real $$ waste in this company is. These are the people who lack creativity and are the ones who keep doing the same OLD things in a new unit of time just hoping no one will notice that we've already "been there/done that" before and that THIS TIME it will have some positive effect that will save the company and make them look like heroes/heroines. These people are certainly true id--ts collecting huge paychecks which they don't deserve while the company flounders. Yeah, I'm mad too.... Mad that upper management has been blind and stupid enough to take their advice.
To be fair, Sprouting and Fugu and the like were all pre-Margo. For as ineffective as she was, at least she took one look at all the garbage "tech products" we were developing and shut that sh*r all DOWN before we could blow any more tens of millions of dollars on it. SM and GW are the ones responsible for that nonsense.
