Answer: who cares? Let’s hire more and promote then every six monthes!
How about someone with a background in pottery? If worked so well for the design side of the business why not give it a shot in marketing?
Maybe they can find a former cupcake shop employee, that kind of experience could make you a star at FP, hell maybe you'll even run the entire brand someday.
Who would want to s---c-de themselves or their career by signing on to Fisher-Price/Mattel at this stage of the shrinking game?
Must have experience in yoghurt or similar F&B industry
