Brilliant suggestion OP. There's no Union at Q, if haven't noticed. Q is under no obligation to keep an employee with your attitude. There are hordes of potential employees knocking on the door wanting in. They will happily take your job and work their butts off. Don't fight the system or the system will fight you.
Its a guaranteed way to witn GTFO package in October!
I agree with OP, we can delay the work at least and show our disagreement with management. Of course the cowards will continue doing what ever the master ask....
This only works for unions and is called collective bargaining.
Good luck getting a bunch of engineers to join a union. Engineers are too smart to join such nonsense.

the best way to help yourself is to find a new job and leave them behind, sticking with a bad system and help to make it even worse won't really help you in any way
