If you have been at citrix long enough you know there is a sinking feeling that something is going on over the last few weeks.
Seems all the management team was recalled to HQs and was involved in a series of big meetings last week.
Now this week, all the management are doing something so many of their regular staff meetings have been postponed till next week.
Something is going on that has scared the management into secrecy.
Perhaps the next layoff planning
Layoffs coming again this fall. Planning going on this week in Fort Lauderdale

They are already doing this across the company by realigning everyones job titles.
The layoffs are part of a worldwide realignment of the workforce to identify existing skill sets and transition employees with legacy skill sets that are of no value to the company going forward .
This review will determine who will stay and who will be let go this fall. There is a overall worldwide target reduction of 8% across the company .
Some positions will be eliminated and others will be let go based on skill sets and how much your immediate manager hates you.
Just another sad an unfortunate chapter in the decline of the company.
