Why do they ignore us?

I'm so tired of seeing MGMT stick their finger in our work. They always screw something up! You might have been a tech before, but stop zapping the passion out of us! Just because your new hires are incompetent doesnt mean you should treat us like we are too.

There is no trust between the employees and their managers now. I guess they feel we are irrelevant and that they know better. VANITY - you're all so full of yourselves. Why don't you enable your employees and stop destroying their moral? Show some trust, and mutual cooperation for like goals. Have some compassion for them. Do you even know the c-ap you're putting them thru?

I'm top level in my department and am kept in the dark on everything. Too many da_n NDAs being talked about at the coffee pot. New direction? You can't turn this boat around without a crew, Captain. Grow up managers. You are replaceable too so get over yourself. We're not going to hold your c-ap together for much longer at this rate.

Is work related PTSD something I should look into? I'm done caring as are many others. It's to protect myself. Thats a Win/Win for me.

Front line managers and supervisors are in the same $hit pickle as the rest of us. Some have delusions of grandeur but not most of them. The good managers quickly find there way out the door, as they won't kiss that a$$ which is required to start clawing the ladder at Windstream. Seen several good managers go to better places just used Windstream as a training opportunity, hopefully I have built enough bridges (ha get it?) With them to land a gig when they come looking.

Changes in financials wont affect the toxic culture Win has. Focus must be on the people. It has to be done on all levels too. Stop relying on a hurt culture crews to fix your personnel issues.

If you are a manager then you are personally responsible for this. Do you even have a finger on your teams pulse? Or are you to scared to be what a manager is supposed to be..

$5 a share is a dollar adjusted for the 5 to 1 split. Going from a nickel to a dime may look like soaring when looking at the little percent sign on your stock app but at the end of the day you still have ten cents. Any reputable company would just consider s--- a small increase a normal fluctuation.

The stock isn't "Soaring " we are floating around $5/share. That make us worth somewhere around $200 million on paper.

Hasn't made much of a dent in the overall company financial health. They need a few MONTHS of positive stock gains everyday, not just a few days worth.

Once they jettison all the worthless executives and that CEO, the stock will continue to go up. New leadership breathes fresh air into everything, including the company stock.

The truth is they don't care. I've watched "buddies" get promotions and others just left to do all the work. I don't think managers don't know versus they just don't care. When your manager says if you don't like it you should find somewhere else to work. Their work load isn't increased. Ours is. PTSD? Got that right. Just a bunch of roadblocks and buddies there. Nobody is gonna watch out for you but you. Then you go to leave and then they have a last ditch effort to have you stay. Want morale increased. Stop promoting the guys you play poker with and do it based on merit. Stand up for your workers and quit high fiving yourself based on failures.
