How many years before Pepsi realizes that entire operation needs to be consolidated and moved to White Plains and/orPlano?

Our company creates a culture of turning each other because we don’t have enough competent leaders to steer the ship. In a culture where layoffs are normal and many executives have only worked for one company, many of the others need to fight for survival.
Burns money in many other locations too
Not sure why people are turning on each other

PepsiCo burns money keeping the Plaza.
If you work there try to work in the warehouse group. The senior director allows a free for all. His Gatorade Director has been on retirement for the last decade!
Chicago Plaza trips are glorified vacations for executives. Most of the BS meetings there could be done over the phone or using video conferencing. Pointless place for the company with super high rent.

It’s difficult to not know what’s going on with those that are not working while you are the one picking up the slack.

It’s a ghost town Monday and Friday while Tuesday-Thursday is filled with half days, dr appointments and offsite meetings. Plus the weekly work from home days.
