Next IRIF round 8/30. Rumor is more IRIF's in September and October. Cutting 20+ year employees will leave big holes that cannot be filled in Guatemala or any other country. The grabbing of greed is grotesque today in many other companies, too. My viewpoint is this will lead employees to start "bouncing" from job to job or company to company. There is no longer any sense of loyalty to a company. Get in, get some experience then jump elsewhere. I think this may be the mindset today of the younger workforce. No commitment to a company...heck, no commitment to anything.
