Work hard get good pay and great treatment

Guys n Gals, work hard all day, dont worry what others are doing or not doing. In the long run, you represent yourself, be lazy, your labeled lazy, work hard and it will be recognized. If you showed the company your hard workers and get stuff done, i tbink you wouldbe in thia situation. Turbine cost is high partly because you take too long, if you didnt take so long, cared about quality we would be in better shape.

Too funny.. work hard get screwed by nobody apeasing you by saying thanks, work hard and get screwed by getting more work... read your reply again.

Your not 5 and need a star for working, in a few weeks, you will be wishing you had more work. The reward is a signed check on Thursday that doesnt bounce and is always there... dont think youll get that at many places outside GE... dont be the problem, hekp with the solution

Can't tell you how many times I have been on the shop floor and witnessed people sitting with their feet on their desk and surfing the net. HELLLOOOOOOO And you wonder why we are broke.

Work hard get harassed! Work hard and get screwed with more work! Work hard and get told it’s not enough! Work hard and it goes unrecognized with a thank you! Work hard and get a pink slip! Work hard and get bumped out the door or to a lower pay scale $4-$10 less an hour! So why bother working hard for a company like GE and the clowns at 273?

Glad to see ignorance is keeping you two blissful. Here's reality, GE has zero accountability for management, they screw up with the wrong parts or prints, nobody says anything. Then the heat is on the worker to make the schedule when that person as been busting it for months! Yeah that worker will be recognized alright, as a high value employee, the day he calls in management gets p-ss-d and talks to him about reliability. Likely from some id--t who barely speaks English and got his degree in Pakistan. GE only has customers because either the competitor is too busy or GE s---ered them into signing a contract. Increase worker morale = increase productivity and quality. Every textbook will tell you that businesses fail because of poor or lack of management. You have bad apple employees either hourly or salary? DOCUMENT THEIR DEFICIENCIES OVER TIME AND RID YOURSELF OF THEM!

So true! Work hard and stop complaining. It’s a simple equation. Keep complaining, working slow, and blaming management and your own union representatives = failure.
