Thread regarding SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. layoffs

This company is in trouble

Do not be foolish people, companies do not layoff people because their doing good. And we're talking back to back years. This is a bad company. They blame everything on blackfish which happens years ago. They are lying to your face while trying to build a seaworld in the Middle East. Google it and I pray that you can put 2 and 2 together.

“Pray you can put two and two together”

Don’t be condescending, there is no God and the quicker that’s realized, the quicker people can take responsibility for their own actions and not blame a diety for their own circumstances.

These are the same people thinking Trump was going to get them bonuses and make everybody rich. Look where all those tax cuts went to? The top of the companies and shareholders.

Employees are done with this company. Done. People who have remained loyal during the last 5 years of cuts are done. Sea world has officially proven that it doesnt care. It's a faceless giant making movements that are stupid and then expecting it's employees to clean up after it and make sacrifices to carry it to some better future they keep promising. But we all know that the "better future" is highly unprobable. We are being sold a lie. "Sea world is poor, we can't pay you a decent wage right now, but you as an employee have to make sacrifices and do the workload of several people so the company can survive" say the executives from atop their greedy mounds of money.

Stop abusing your employees with your b---s---.

When SeaWorld was run by AB, it seemed like they did well because AB paid for smart top management. After AB sold the park, the smart management left the parks, leaving what they call senior management to move up in ranks of VP, directors, and area managers. The problem with that was, these leaders moved up not because they were smart, they moved up because of how many years they worked for the company. These leaders lived off the AB wave of running the park keeping everything similar to the AB days, just without the money. These seniors leaders don’t know how to manage, or how to be innovative. All they know is how to keep the park like it was in the 1980’s. For SeaWorld to grow, it needs new senior management and to take risks. SeaWorld leaders don’t take risks, they just are robots who follow thier former predecessor. Some change is necessary and more of these robot managers who can’t manage need to move on or wake up. The AB days are over!
