This is simple:
1.) The reason WM will continually thrive is because shoppers keep supporting them. People lie; numbers don't. They're discovering how low they can staff their stores with as many part time--no timers, continuously revolving out, as fast as they can, and despite all the customers complaints, the $$ will continue to roll in. WM will NEVER drink from the pitcher marked 'Our Associates Make the Difference!' ... Know how it seems like they don't really care about you? They don't. You are all literally just cattle to them. B e l i e v e it.
2.) Not all, but the vast majority of WM workers aged 30 -- ^ are chemically addicted, mentally r----ded/psychotic, physically handicapped, or a combination there-of., whose choices are limited to this drudgery. Get mad, you know it's true. So: IF YOU DO NOT fit into those categories, and you have life options to better yourself by leaving retail all togeather, DO SO. There are many other job fields, educational opportunities and finacial support programs to assist in training for these options. I won't argue with anyone personally on this. Only you can know yourself and decide how motivated you are.
Soooo.........yeah. Walmart's not going away. But their people will continue getting screwed by them.
Will you?
