I finally made the decision to leave. I'm really glad i did, PepsiCo has turned into a joke. Nepotism and b---s--- politics ran rampant.
Frankly, I think that anybody who can should pack their bags right now and leave as well, before they are dragged down with this disaster of a company.
I realized the same thing 4 years ago and pretty much stopped doing anything . I made it to 2018 when I got layed-off in February along with people that were working super hard thinking they were making a difference. The worst thing that has happened to me was I got 2 months off to de-tox from that toxic place and then I started a new job and am getting double pay for a long time to come. Life is better than I could ever dream of now that Pepsico is out of it.
