Now that it's been 2 years since the big round of layoffs, it's quite interesting to notice how many people let go are now in really vibrant and healthy start-ups and are at much higher staffing grade levels - CEOs, VPs, etc.. There are also quite a few stars who left post cuts and are likewise thriving and doing really innovative endeavors. Yet, looking at the current org charts, APC is still mostly staffed with the same poor decisions makers and the playbook really hasn't changed. As a matter of fact, its almost exactly the same as then. WTF.

West Texas Forever. Lol
Dear @U6Lx7j4-nkbn, you must be in HR, or you'd know who has left and where they are.
Can you share some names of success? Keep in mind that business is in better shape now than 2 years ago when severance payment was offered for easily 10-12 months.
And that, my friends, is exactly why APC is such a crappy place to work.
Maybe, but I’m $600,000 richer than I was when your poor shlubs we’re laid off.
Guess I had no friends 2 years ago. Oh well doing great.
Six months of brown nosing is better than four years of college.
The APC chain of command has for a long time been a pyramid scheme, by which a select few and their friends thrive at the expense of others. Success isn't a function of knowledge and performance, it's a function of who your friends are. This is why the idiots continue to reign.
