How old are you? How good were those offers? I'm guessing you are either not older than 35 or those offers were well below what you were paid here at Sabre. Am I wrong?
Obviously if you invest 3+ years in a company you probably will earn less right off the bat when you start in a new one.

Sabre has bad reputation in the market, other companies do not want to hire from Sabre. With the latest bad remarks from CEO about London Heathrow and EU alliances this becomes more of an issue.
