If you can do the job of drunk guy and his friend, why haven't you? What have you done to stand out in your community? Who are you to be protesting someone coming up in the world? All I see is jealousy.! I wish drunk guy, all his friends, and everyone else the best of luck except the douche who wrote the original post.
Sounds like someone is jealous and doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Maybe work hard and show you can be a leader and that you’re interested and maybe you would of gotten the position. Otherwise quit and go find another job instead of complaining about your job. Too scared to quit probably.

I work in IT (3505) there is some work, security is hiring.ITT SAP is busy.cloud is busy.storage team, not much, network team is also busy.onsite will have a new lead who is a joke, brings his wife to work, vape inside the room and the other lead AKA drunk guy moved to south already.
drunk lead referred his best friend (new lead) and he got a job, yet they are other techs in the line to get promoted. white privilege scored again.good job JeffJohnJosh
