Are they planning on selling these two buildings?

On some websites Pepsi is listed as owners, but actually they lease it from a commercial real estate company, i believe its Onyx Properties. Onyx had wanted to build a large garage to try to convince Pepsi to stay permanently, with the idea that they would help them cram many more employees in long term. The surrounding White Plains neighborhood complained, and they was some back and forth between the lawyer for office park owners and the White Plains common council and mayor at a city meeting. I think Pepsi will end up leaving both buildings eventually. The office park is supposed to be open to the public like other adjacent Westchester Avenue complexes, but is kept swarming with Pepsi security. They act like they own the place.
They are not owned they are leases.
I've heard that 1129 will be vacated and shifted to Valhalla. I haven't heard anything about 1111 closing though.
That new parking deck for 1129 will wind up being for whoever the next client is.
Do they plan to vacate them? Saw a lot of Purchase Security and Facility folks walking around each building and on every floor
I don't think they own them ... why the question?
