Don’t think upstate is getting Salem’s work because that do not do what Upstate NY does. By 2020 Schenectady will have 100 people working in that place.

Engineering will remain in Salem, even in the same offices for the time being. They hope to sell the facility then lease the offices back.
Engineering work being transferred to Charlottesville, VA according to an engineer who works there.

Salem’s work is going to India. Except for printed circuit boards. Those will be going to China.
