I know we have been on this list for a while. Maybe things will change. I had hoped the past years when this came out someone would make changes.

Why is this not surprising? Started a wonderful new job and feel RAC owes me some of my years back. Waiting and hoping for it to all get better with constant organizational changes. It only got worse and will continue to worsen. Save yourselves.
