Houston USI is dominated by Chinese/other Asians because frankly speaking, others for the most part can barely keep up with the workload, fast-paced environment, and long hours. The lure of a Green Card is mostly why non-Americans go the extra mile, foregoing family, friends and lives outside of work. Good or bad, it works for USI.
