I think they are only paying 1 week per year now.
How many employees got laid off? Where? How is severance package? 2 weeks per year of service?

Major layoffs on Friday with small severance packages for many affected. This place is going down unfortunately
How is "tribal leadership" working out? Not so good as expected. Lack of knowledgable leadership will never be masked by spewing out concepts. The truth comes out in the declining business, low morale, and skilled resources fleeing.
This company is pathetic. I hope it goes down in flames so our greedy and callous leadership feels the same pain they have caused their hard-workers. No merits while non-producing idiots stay employed.
