We are hearing next round after 100 days of summer and will include admins. Streamlining and consolidating jobs. Luckily I’m near retiring and taking the pension lump sum and running away. This company is not what it used to be.

Oh don’t kid yourselves it will most certainly include admins. Outsourcing and consolidating are the key. They already consolidated pricing and other roles. And they will then again shift those jobs. If they’re already consolidated now it’s much easier to shift them overseas or to Mexico.
Next year early payroll will be removed from each location and centralized. Don’t live in denial. It’s happening.
They cut almost all of the IT admins in Feb
Perhaps not in IT but I continue to hear July/August. It’s pretty specific when they begin speaking about specific roles such as Admins. I sure hope they understand how important our Admins are. They do a lot for all of us and make it look easy. Folks will certainly feel the pain should they actually cut our Admins. I know how much I appreciate ours.
CIO mentioned today in the IT townhall Q/A session that no layoffs are planned for balance of year.
