Agree with the folks below, the pay s---s and you'll never see a raise. I make LESS than I did 4 years ago and that's before adjusting for inflation. Of course all the matters is keeping the shareholders (Waltons) happy and raising their dividend for the 45th year in a row...
omg please don't comment if you don't work here or know what you are talking about. Level C Department managers make $12.50 starting out. Csm's get an extra dollar so you would get $13.50 and Level D Department managers/ Supports make $15.
About 1% less than last year assuming 3% inflation and a role model pay raise.
If you can move all the way up to department manager you will earn minimum wage.
