Does he mean more layoffs or no more layoffs?

Since this link is called, "thelayoff.com", it would seem appropriate to talk about layoffs. It is great that the Sabre stock is rising, as it is not the first time it has fluctuated. We hope that the restructure of Sabre is over, where we do not continue to see the trend of layoffs as a regular, yearly means of cutting cost. Finally, please refrain from trying to insult folk by using words such as 'losers'. These fine, good, and intelligent people, whether they work for Sabre or not, know what their options are, and need not be advised as to whom they can/could work for. Thank you!!
Have you seen the stock price?!? Why are you losers focused on layoffs?? Work hard and continue improving and you will be fine. If in doubt, find another company as you do not match with current culture.
Thanks!

The article above was published in the Dallas News on March 28, 2018 of this year, stating,
“And in August, the company laid off 900 people, about 10 percent of a global workforce that now numbers around 9,000 and includes 3,200 in North Texas.”
If 10 percent is the gauge/norm, Sabre is in trouble, as 900 people are a lot of people. Since this
article, there seems to be continued layoffs, with the most recent being last month, May 2018.
I am not sure what the number of layoffs are since this article, but this trend is NOT good, and
in all good conscientious, it would be difficult to recommend anyone I know to put in for a job at Sabre. This is NOT good, and if this trend continues, there will be more fallout, starting at the very, very top, as not good for business!!
Agree with the comments except the jobs are advertised after the person lays off signs the paperwork not to sue, per hr direction that’s about 4 weeks,

He means no more layoffs until they project a quarterly earnings miss. A company can always get rid of 10%, right? They would call it "tough, but necessary"... There's already a list compiled, racked and stacked, You are on it. And then six months after you are whacked, your old position will be advertised...
