Even if your diploma or GED is not accredited are you still attending UOP? Were you home schooled? Do you have no diploma or GED? https://casetext.com/case/price-v-us-dept-of-educ

This practice doesn't exist anymore, Candem. You should stop your obsession with UOP. In any case, all students at UOP are adults. They most certainly know whether they already earned a GED or a high school diploma. If they claim otherwise, they're doing so knowing it isn't true.
"Use?" Please elaborate?
Could this be a situation where the fraud students actually try to "use" the fraud users to obtain ill-gotten gains?
Sounds like the old stand-by UoPX default reference rationale that always blames the non-matriculated high school prey for not doing their due diligence in forgetting to obtain a high school diploma or GED before allowing UPoX to use THEM to loan THEM up, all the while claiming they lied to us.
How do you like that? Duped again!
Students with no GED or HS diploma use UOPX but once they realize that their degree and time at UOPX is worthless they want their money back. Happens all the time! Thing is stupid enrollment and academics don't know for certain if a student has h.s. diploma or GED because UOPX doesn't check. The student can put anything on the application because the school isn't going to check and FAFSA offices are required to check they certify according to what the school says.
I have heard that UoPX continued to do this corrupt practice and that another law suit may be pending.
Interesting how DOE suppressed this case. If all non-GED non-HS diploma students asked for their money back Title IV funding would not exist.
Interesting case. The lawyers, stolen money and two-bit half-wit judges continue to subvert the law.
They seem to be winning for now but the reckoning will come as it always does.
