I heard it's gonna get cut up, mfg consolidated or outsourced on a massive scale. Missing of big tenders just is not supporting enough of this insanely costly customization low volume mfg. Machining cost of over $300/hr and utilization of 25% while paying an army of managers peddling aged inventory or none at all... Get packing!

Good luck!
A good start would be to change of mid upper level management and reduce the layers. If agility is the objective then process will have to loosen hence the management team has to change.
Packing to do what ? It is not like three are jobs waiting for us, even if there are jobs, they are for your ng people.
