Having opted in and retained a job now regretting not taking package. Anyone know if severance can be attained if can find a swap candidate?

You have until you QTD to change your mind. If you want out, you can go with only repercussion being if you received any relo benefits, you'll have to repay them.

It depends on your work area. If you are Proximity AND there is another impacted person in the same affected zip code, you may be able to do it. If there is no one else in that impacted zip code, you may not be able to do it. Talk to your TM.
I was able to get my position when another backed out of a job he had originally accepted. He rescinded the acceptance and was still afforded the severance package. Each round is different...
