Did we just ADD a layer at the most senior management level?

The entire leadership team is a joke. The more idiots they add, the merrier it is/will be.
More changes and restructuring are on the way, stay tuned.
Clearly this has to be just an interim move to what hopefully will end up as a much more streamlined management structure and many more executive retirements... or am I just dreaming?? “Grow to Shrink”!
