My vote goes to product renaming. Marketing idiots have nothing better to do. We spent a decade building a trustworthy "Netscaler" brand. Management diluted it by adding it in the same sink with crapware Xen and Workspace bundle.

It's the steps taken to piss off Microsoft. The relationship has gone from great to neutral and now down to negative.
Citrix can go down and disappear in no time if Microsoft becomes anti-Citrix. Cozying up with google will make no difference - goog doesn;t give a sh-- about windows. It wants to make Windows the next mainframe.
No one can top the "kill santa clara" effort.
It's netscaler quality drop
It's Citrix Cloud. People building it are responsible for the imminent citrix decline.
Browser Service, Smart-Scale, XA/XD service -- everything is barely functional. They keep adding band-aids but not fix or even acknowledge the root cause. Using the IMA/FMA analogy is the worst excuse by JR. We want to take sh-- to the cloud because customers are using the old sh-- is a laughable argument coming from a smart guy. Wrong architecture means wrong architecture - no other way to put it
CC is not reliable and it's too expensive to run right now
CFO as the CEO tops that. How many tech companies are doing that?
Great stock price movement but he has no clue about the real situation of the core products. There is no way to fix the engineering mess -- it's impossible to refactor the ugliness and the teams don't work well anymore. It's all Floridiots now. Citrix Cloud is a giant piece of sh--.
Pointless rebranding and killing the NetScaler name will go in the history books as the most bone headed move ever. 20 years of brand equity tossed out. This came from the branding team and is endorsed by the MLT and the ELT. The product teams and engineering were ignored and shut down as were the CTPs. Citrix have hired branding experts who’s advice is to adopt generic product names and to ignore everyone who knows anything.
