I wonder how many of the stores announced for closing recently had completed all that cross training that was so important to do when they held that mandatory meeting announcing all the changes and basically threatening associates if they didn’t like it or could not do it to leave!!
Strange how that isn’t even mentioned in my store anymore but the “book” is still in the hub showing who knows what task by wasting time high lighting each month! And here it was to be completed in a 60 day time frame and nothing has changed except more people loosing their jobs...
management is still the same playing the same games with peoples hours but not cutting their own
Thought hourly management was being reduced to bare minimum hours of 30 hours or so
Thought original ad setters would finally get rotated off Sunday ads so newly trained people could start doing the ad
Nope... original ad setters stil doing the ad set on Sundays
Full timers still getting their maximum 40hours
And with all these stores closings how did any of that cross training baloney help those people keep their jobs ?
