OMG, I am simply stunned. It is FINALLY happening (and Deans just spent thousands of dollars across the street paving a new parking lot in concrete late last year). Woohoo...... no more trucks driving in front of my house as of September (no more feeling like I live right on the Tollway). I wonder if this will improve my home's value back to what it was in 2005 as a result of the loss of semi-truck traffic. I'm truly sorry about the lost jobs, but this plant should never have been in a downtown area in the first place (it should have been in an industrial zone). I also wonder if they will disassemble the plant or if it will be left to decay/rot........
