Our Director is setting up one on one calls with the remaining employees to understand their skill sets to see if they can be leveraged elsewhere as most I/T activities and will be handled by TCS. The “capacity planning” will occur in 6 six months to a year. IMO most I/T folks will be let go in favor of managed services.

She has a townhall every quarter
That is such b---s---. I'm so glad I retired from the company. It's just one re-org after another. Used to be about every 2 yrs, then every year, now, it seems like it just goes on daily.
We have been directed to update our resumes and company profile. The uncertainty is getting very old.
