Tghex Ij fails to understand that without us managers, the cretins in the field couldn't perform their 'jobs'.
Never mind the executives with pay rises they don't think about the normal working class when they pay people off.
It's about time this so called top leaders gave pay rises to the working class.
Also it's about time the axe falls on more managers as to many on board especially at baroid
so thanking you all for my enjoying visit at your complex now
this dog been doing the same trick for years, be nice to see something new, exciting, more employee motivation. ... shareholders would need to grow a pair and think outside the box. Nahhhhhh, that’ll never happen.
Love this company but never been more disappointed with execom regarding this pay issue as they were paid to much already vs the greater workforce. It’s also BS that it’s the execom/C suite folks who need the non-comp, it’s folks below execom that outside companies would target to hire, not people about to retire.
Yet, these are the same shareholders who REFUSED to hold Uncle Dave accountable for his Baker-Hughes debacle.
About time shareholders voiced there concerns as this executives get far to much as it is and normal working people especially offshore get paid little.
If anybody deserves wage increase then give it to the working class that build the company.
To many people have lost there jobs in the field but for me I work for a better company that look after there staff
