The company has laid off high performers, low performers and everything in between. The end result is a smaller, weaker workforce. The right way is to throw open all roles, including CEO, and let the best and brightest throw their hat into the ring. The result would be an amazing team. Instead, we have deadwood protecting deadwood.

Oh there are many thousands more to layoff !! SM loves his shareholder SAVINGS. Look at the stock price; $58 and rising. Forget talent, R&D, its all about cut cut chop and layoffs now. Drive the stockholder value and head to the exit with the bonuses !! Go Q go Q for the bottom of the barrel crap !
